Ky-Mani

Ky-ManiKy-mani , who is getting close to finishing his third album untitled, is definitely a superstar. The 26th of February, 1976 Ky-mani was the son of the legendary Robert Nesta Marley and Jamaican table tennis champion, Anita Belnavis, in Falmouth, Jamaica. East African words for Ky-mani are a reference to an adventurous traveler. As an East African man, his recordings and journeys represent an adventure. The journey of his musical career began in 1999 when he released The Journey. He was an eclectic musician that was looking for his own musical niche. Many More Roads (Grammy nominated) was Ky-mani's "traditional" reggae release. It brought out Kymani's mature self. The Journey and Many More Roads were well appreciated across the globe, establishing Ky-mani as an individual "artist". Ky-Mani blends roots reggae, hip-hop, R&B along with contemporary jazz and hip-hop to form his unique sound.
