Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in the Australian state of Victoria, is a model and actress. She became known in Australia with the role of Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap drama Neighbors for a total of 100 episodes that aired between 2006 and 2007. The actress arrived in Hollywood through two separate projects. The first was the choral comedy Hollywood & Wine in which she played an aspiring actress making her debut in Hollywood. After that, she landed a role as Maya an extremely seductive medical student, in Scrubs' ninth season. As a result, the whole series abruptly ended. She then continued filming a Farrelly Brothers comedy called Good to Shoot, which starred the duo Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson. Then she was in B-series movies and series shorts. The year 2013 brought greater exposure. She was featured in six episodes of Franklin and Bash and landed her first role as a regular on the show, Chosen. Milo Ventimiglia played the role of lead. She is also Chad Michael Murray's replacement in the two first seasons. She then played supporting roles in two feature-length films that focused on planes. The first was a television film made for SyFy's flight 7500. It featured actors from TV programs. The second film is Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She is a pilot. In addition, she along with Gabriel Luna share the poster for Matador a brand new television show. The season for this crime drama, in which actors are CIA agents directed by Robert Rodriguez, is only 13 episodes. The pilot for a second show, which has not had much success, is being developed. The trailer for Borrowed Moments, a B series romantic comedy, was shared by Brian Krause in 2015. She then starred as Kadi Cuoco Josh Gad Kevin Hart and Kadi Harr for the comic Witness for Rent.
